Estimated fetal weight has a very important meaning. Approximately 90% of maternal deaths occur during childbirth and approximately 95% of the causes of maternal deaths are obstetric complications that often cannot be predicted beforehand. One of the complications in labor due to dystocia, including dystocia power (strength of uterine contractions), passanger (fetus/fetal weight) and passage (birth canal). Very small or very large baby weight is associated with increased complications during labor and postpartum. The target of community service is that there are 10 midwives in the working area of the Kahuripan Health Center. The goal is the midwife of the Kahuripan Health Center who has never used rotary media to calculate the estimated fetal weight. After attending training on the use of rotary media for calculating estimated fetal weight, all midwives in the Kahuripan Health Center area were able to use rotary media for calculating estimated fetal weight. The method of community service is to provide training to midwives about the importance of calculating the estimated fetal weight and then how to calculate it using a rotating media tool for the estimated fetal weight. Judging from the total score of midwives' knowledge about the use of rotary media to estimate fetal weight, overall (all midwives) experienced an increase in knowledge scores.
