EDUKASI RESIKO PENYALAHGUNAAN OBAT-OBATAN PADA SISWA SMAN 7 GARUT

Drug's misused can occur when people can not control the administration of the drug that has been prescribed or used other substances both legal and illegal, thus disrupting the ability and function of the body and also lead to addiction.  The majority of illegal drug user is students. The purpose of this community service was to educate the risks posed by drug abuse at SMAN 7 Garut and give motivation to always think and behave positively. The activities of this community service began with pretest, then given counseling and education about the risks and impacts arising from the misuse of drugs, questions and answers and end with posttest to evaluate the efectivity of the these activity. Results from the activities held on July 17 and August 30, 2019 with 112 students consist of males 30 people and females 82 people, with the age between 16-19 years showed that students ' knowledge and attitudes about the risks and impacts arising from the misuse of the drug had changed. This activity was expected to be one of the efforts to prevent the destruction of the nation's generation due to drug abuse.
